Was my best freind jus mucking around or i took it the wrong way?

hey were both girls best freinds and straight. my best freind used to hug me, hold mi love handles from behind, and always grabbed my arm wen we were walking n jus was reli close. she'd even come 2 mi form even tho she was late to go to hers, she had this ring n she said you can have it if you want it, when we saw each other she'd look in2 mi eyess, she used always say i love you and oh kiren wenever we hugged it was strange. she started to say strange tings like i went to kiss her at a freinds sleepover which is so not true and it was her 16th coming up and i ask her what shes doing and she says 'not having with you' its like so random n strange. i started to feel weird and asked her if she liked me n coz i panicked i said i liked her and she was reli ok wiv it and asking how long for and then she said she knew. That reli confused me normally u would bak off if you kind of gathered you BEST FREIND LIKES YOU AND ITS A GIRL but she only came closer and then we had an arguement and since then we havent spoke.. wot do u people think? nothing nasty please...x
