Spit up.....?

My baby is 3 1/2 months old and for her first 2 months she hardly ever spit up, but after her second month she started to do it more frequently. It went from once every couple of feedings to every feeding....sometimes right after a feeding and then a little while later. She's formula fed, should I try a different formula?
