What's Up With The GTS In Pokemon Platinum?

It could be 1 of 2 problems. 1 the Pok�mon in question was already traded or it could be the other thing in regards to them not requesting a specific level. When Nintendo (of America) was working on Pok�mon Platinum there was a glitch that made it so that you can't see what the requested level is so it's very possible that the Pok�mon you wanted to trade for had a specific level requested for it but because of the glitch no one can see it.
