I would like to learn how to train and fight at home. Learn aerobic maneuvers and do alot of home work outs. Because I don't have time to go to a gym or during the day. I would like to have a nice body and know how to fight. Some fighting Styles i'm interesting in is Lucha Libra (Mexican Wrestling) Tea Kwon Do (Martial Arts) and Kick-Boxing/ Wrestling. Is there anything anyone can give me? Like videos or work outs I can do at home? Or any tips?
