Why am I not losing this darn weight? I eat about 1000 per day.?

If you are eating only 1000 calories per day you may be reducing your basal metabolism; you need to eat more and learn to do circuit training with full body exercises. Keep the pace up. If you do this 5 days per week you should be able to eat at least 1800 calories per day and lose fat. You will look and feel much better. You know, too much of a good thing is wonderful. Be kind to yourself, and be patient. Your health and results will both be the better for it. Stay well.
