Pl.solve my problem When ever I switch on the broad band modem I am unable to listen voice in cordless phone.?

I had separate connection from joint box to my modem (broad band) and betel's cordless phone When I am online any phone received I couldn't listen due to disturbance after switching off the modem I am able to listen.
