I need the best pain reduction med combo.......?

I have really bad arthritis and i usually take meds for it, but they are being ineffective at the moment. I have a VB tournament I need to play in this saturday. I need something that is going to kill all the pain I will get. I've tried the normal advil, aleve, tylenol. I only ever take the recommended dose, but i know you can combine them and it works better.. any suggestions?
