Do I have a deviated septum?

I think and want to get rhinoplasty I have a hump on my nose that is unflattering for my appearance and the tip kind of droops my nose actually hurts like when I wear sungles on the bump and several times a day I push the tip up and it gives a few little pops and hurts a little I notice it also has a curve when viewed straight in the mirror should I go to the doctors and try and get a nose job not only cuz I want one but do you think I need one?
