Do Bosnian Men o Muslim men really only use Christan or Catholic girls? Or them?

My mother like figure says Bosnian men and muslin men only and use Catholic or Christan girls. I dont believe her. She said she was almost d by a Bosnian man once and I think she's just is a little extreme....Is there any truth or evidence in history of this?
