Decreased milk supply, need help ASAP! ... any advice?

I had the same problem I had to pump every three hours for 10-15 minutes till my supply went up. Your will go through ups and downs so-to-speak thanks mainly to baby's appetite. Remember you might not get much when you pump but do it anyway and the consultant told me to pump 2-3 minutes after my last drops that really screwed me up. I had to stop when the 10 or 15 minutes was done regardless whether my were done. If your stop before the clock is by all means stop. Good Luck!
