dash lights and tail lights go together cig and clock usually are accessories fuse. You didn't say if you have checked the fuses and these would be 2 different fuses. accessories is a yellow 10a and tails is I think a red 7.5a. these fuses would be about the height and location of your left knee in a fuse panel there
